Arrests
08/18/20 Shawn P Fischer, age 33, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny of a tool box from a vehicle on Main St.
08/19/20 James Tony Pedicini, age 30, of Highland Falls, NY was arrested and charged with DWI.
08/25/20 A 62 yr old male from Oakland Gardens, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree.
08/17/20 Fayth m Lampert, age 38, of Poughkeepsie, NY was arrested and charged with was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree, use of mobile telephone, unlicensed driver charge, no/exp insurance, unregistered vehicle and an equipment charge.
Incidents
08/17/20 Police respond to Rt 9W for a 2 vehicle accident.
08/20/20 Police respond to a 3 vehicle accident on Rt 32 with property damage.
08/20/20 A walk in reported that an elderly woman struck her vehicle. No reported injuries.
0822/20 A caller reported larceny of a bottle of soda. The male left and traveled south on Rt 9W.
08/22/20 Police respond to Otterkill Rd for a report of subjects climbing the steel structure of the viaduct and advise.
08/23/20 Police respond to a report of a badly injured fawn and humanely dispatch the fawn.
08/24/20 A caller reported larceny. Two bikes were stolen from their property.
08/24/20 Police respond to a noise complaint.
08/27/20 Police take a report of criminal mischief. Someone put a nail in a tire making it flat.
08/27/20 Police respond to Schofield Pl for a report of trees down and wires arcing.
08/29/20 Police take a report of larceny. The subject reported that several items, cash and id cards were missing from her unlocked vehicle.
08/30/20 Police respond to Angola Rd for a tree down and advise DPW.
08/30/20 A caller reported that his Uhaul rental truck was missing with his construction tools. He had a contract that ended 6/3/20. Police contacted Uhaul and they advised that the vehicle was recovered.
