Arrests

04/12/18 Saby G. Montoya, age 30 of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
04/13/18 A 28 yr old female of Stony Point, NY was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.

Incidents
Police issue approximately 30 warnings and 30 summonses to drivers including summonses for parking at the riverfront without a permit and for parking in the fire lane at COH school. including tickets issued during a special Stop DWI assignment.

04/02/18 A caller reported larceny from a vehicle. A passport and drivers license were missing from his vehicle.
04/02/18 The Village Water Superintendent was on the scene for a 2 car accident on Shore Rd and 9W. patrol assisted unit New Windsor Police and EMS arrived.
04/02/18 Police assist Town Police with a motor vehicle accident on Rt 94, 2 people were ejected from the vehicle.
04/04/18 Police assist a subject with a lockout of her vehicle.
04/04/18 Police assist with a UPS truck vs dog accident on Sengen Lane and transport the canine and its owners to Flannery’s.
04/05/18 Police assist Highland Police with diverting traffic after an accident.
04/05/18 Police assist with a 1 vehicle accident on River Ave. no injuries.
04/07/18 Police assist with a lockout on Maple Rd.
04/12/18 Police respond to Rt 9W south for a 2 car accident no reported injuries.
04/13/18 Police take a report of a dog biting a person on Maple Ave.
04/13/18 Police receive a complaint of 2 Great Danes being left in a vehicle behind Painters that are continuously barking.
04/14/18 Patrol was flagged by subjects stating that 2 men were fishing on a raft and drifted off without life vests. SKFE fire boat located the individuals 2 miles north of Cornwall landing and were transported back to shore.
04/15/18 Police assist a driver who was locked out of her vehicle.
